Holt's Auctioneers was founded in 1993 by Nick Holt, and during the ensuing years we have become the dominant auction house in our field worldwide. We are based in rural Norfolk two miles from Sandringham where we have our offices and gun room. All our quarterly sales are held in West London at Princess Louise House making it far easier for international buyers and vendors to attend our sales.

Holt's hold valuation days and attend shows in all parts of the world and we have an extensive network of knowledgeable Representatives covering most countries. We specialise in achieving the highest hammer prices for fine modern and antique guns, rifles, Section 5 items, edged weapons and militaria, along with good quality vintage fishing tackle. 

A typical main sale will comprise over nine hundred lots divided into morning and afternoon sale. Individual lot values range enormously from a few pounds to many hundreds of thousands and we realistically expect most lots to sell at over mid-estimate and often comfortably above top estimate. Running along side the main sale is the sealed bid auction that typically will offer circa two thousand entries for lower financial worth items.

All our sale catalogues are accessible online and, following a simple registration process, you may bid over the internet in advance of the sales. Alternatively, we have introduced live online bidding to enable customers to bid during the live sale from their own computer. Special pre-sale registration is required.
