circa 1905, with blued 6 1/2in. sighted barrel signed 'SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS USA' together with eight patent dates, blued fluted cylinder, blued break-open frame with 'Smith & Wesson' logo, hard rubber chequered grips with 'Smith & Wesson' monogram, colour hardened hammer and trigger, square-backed trigger-guard, the whole retaining the majority of its original finish TOGETHER WITH a rare Smith & Wesson factory case, the outer covered in 'pebbled' black imitation leather, the inside fitted out in the continental style, lined in red felt and including a spare 4in. barrel amongst a number of original accessories.
