22 7/8in. nitro barrel with tapped sight rib, folding open sights and ramp-mounted bead foresight, action with bold acanthus scroll engraving and ropework borders, lever safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid 'WATSON' and engraved 'FALLING BLOCK ACTION' on the right side, on the left gold-inlaid '7X57R' and engraved 'RIFLE NO.3', retaining virtually full original colour-hardening, figured pistolgrip stock with 13 3/4in. pull including buttplate (buttplate cracked)
