circa 1858, with ovoid rebrowned 32 3/4in. damascus barrel, flat sighting plane signed 'CHAS OSBORNE & CO., LONDON', block and blade fore-sight, platform for a ladder rear-sight (ladder included but not fitted), octagonal form breech-end with squared and engraved breech-block, platinum vent (nipple absent) and scroll engraved top-tang, border and scroll engraved bar-action lock signed 'CHAS. OSBORNE & CO', bolted safe behind the dolphin headed hammer (trigger currently not fitted), finely chequered walnut three-quarter stock, iron furniture including expertly replaced and engraved trigger guard bow with raised tang and replacement stirrup swivels, missing ramrod and possible small internal parts, some furniture pieces not fitted but included
