circa 1845, with blued 3in. six-shot barrel cluster, Birmingham proofs, white metal rounded action engraved with scrolls in bordered panels to the sides, the right side also marked 'IMPROVED REVOLVING PISTOL', central bar-hammer, smooth walnut bag-shaped grips with white metal grip-straps, fair amount of finish and in a later wood case lined in the continental manner for this revolver and a bag-shaped flask (included)
