A .22 BSA AIRSPORTER MKII 'GC' SERIES UNDER-LEVER AIR-RIFLE, serial no. GC1000,
for between December 1958 and September 1959, with blued 18 1/2in. barrel marked with make and calibre, ramp fore-sight with squared tunnel protector, automatic loading tap, plain air chamber etched 'BSA AIRSPORTER' with an arrow trademark, twin machined telescopic sight rails, black enamelled trigger unit, walnut three-piece laminated half-stock and flush-fitting under-lever, generally collector's external condition
Provenance: Only approximately 3000 'GC' series Airsporters were produced, many sharing features only found on MKI as well as MKII rifles
