W.', and with acanthus scroll detailing at the breech end, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking indicators, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, the triggerplate engraved 'BOSS'S PATENT. No. 22894.', retaining much seemingly original colour-hardening and finish, 15in. figured stock including leather covered rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 13oz., in its lightweight leather case
