Provenance: The vendor has kindly informed us that the rifle was purchased as a step up from his .375 H&H Magnum after a terrifying incident that occured in Zimbabwe whilst he was acting as a guide to a group of game watchers. A series of unfortunate incidences led to the group being charged by a bull elephant which he managed to stop with his .375 mere feet from the group. A copy of an article in published in The Countryman's Weekly recounting the full story accompanies the Lot
