W.1.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 and full choke, removable striker discs, toplever with swept thumbpiece and gold-inlaid '2', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, Boss 1905 improved single-trigger, rolled-edge triggerguard, best fine acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, the action bar with 'BOSS'S PATENT', the lockplates with 'BOSS & CO.' in scrolling banners, brushed finish, 14 7/8in. figured replacement stock, weight 6lb. 13oz., together with a leather leg of mutton case
