dated 1859, with blued 36 3/4in. barrel, block and blade fore-sight, elevating 950yd. ladder rear-sight, flip-open breech-block, borderline engraved colour-hardened lock signed 'ENFIELD' together with the date and a 'V.R.' crown device (traces of finish), plain hammer, walnut three-quarter walnut stock with brass furniture, three blued iron barrel bands and jag-ended iron under-barrel cleaning rod, much finish remaining and complete with a reproduction buff leather sling
