GERMAN .22 (SHORT) FALLING-BLOCK TARGET RIFLE, serial no. 141K, circa 1920, 23 5/8in. octagonal barrel, adjustable open rear sight, dove-tailed bead fore-sight on a ramp, top-tang fitted with an adjustable aperture rear sight, double-set triggers, plain falling block action, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, finger-spurred triggerguard acting as the under-lever, 13 5/8in. stock with cheekpiece, including steel buttplate, sling swivels, splinter fore-end, weight 5lb. 5oz.
