EX SMALL ARMS SCHOOL COLLECTION: A 14-BORE FLINTLOCK PISTOL, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'QUEEN-ANNE', no visible serial number, collection reference 0472, circa 1770 and possibly Continental, with tapering iron falsely turn-off 8 3/4in. barrel with bulbous muzzle, replacement top-tang, action with recumbent 'L' shaped frizzen spring (top-jaw and screw absent , frozen on cock), frozen trigger-guard bow safe and possible replacement walnut butt, the metalwork cleaned of finish
