circa 1939, with plain blind double-fullered stiletto 9 3/4in. blade, maker's stamp at forte, carved straight cross-guard with scabbard lock and anchor device, cream-coloured celluloid hilt with provision for spiral wire binding (missing), carved eagle pommel with swastika device (traces of gilding) and complete with its hammered effect scabbard and bullion portapee knot
