T. STENSBY & CO. 12-BORE BOXLOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 01326, circa 1935, 28in. nitro reproved barrels (in 1965), the rib engraved 'T. STENSBY & CO. MANCHESTER.', and with acanthus scroll detailing at the breech-end, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and full choke, treble-grip action, automatic safety with white metal inlaid 'SAFE' detail, beaded border with acanthus scroll engraving surrounding the makers name, slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/4in. figured stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 7oz.
