A TURKISH FLINTLOCK BREAST OR KNEE BLUNDERBUSS PISTOL, SIGNED 'N - N', no visible serial number, circa mid-19th Century, with 9 1/2 in. round to octagonal barrel with flared muzzle, top flat with inlaid 'N - N' mark, lock engraved with an anchor and three crown, swan-necked hammer, brass butt, trigger-guard and lock back-plate, iron saddle-bar and ring, heavily worn with rusting and pitting, decorative inlays removed from stock, stock cracked with wooden insets replacing losses, barrel-band and rammer absent, action at fault, 18 1/2 in. overall
