A 100-BORE PERCUSSION 6-SHOT PAKTONG PEPPERBOX REVOLVER, SIGNED BOURNE, no visible serial number, circa 1850s, frame and barrels made from an alloy of zinc, copper and nickel (i.e. paktong), with 3 in. barrel cluster with Birmingham proof-marks, frame, back-strap and butt-cap with engraved scroll-work, iron bar-hammer and trigger-guard with engraved scroll-work, chequered wooden grips, barrel clusters bruised, frame plate a replacement, hammer and trigger-guard stained and pitted, left side grip with small losses to the shoulder, overall length 8 in.
