A FINE PAIR OF 50-BORE PERCUSSION DELUXE PAKTONG-BODIED MUFF PISTOLS, UNSIGNED, in a later case,
circa 1830, with London proved turn-off 1 7/8in. blued barrels with gilded band at muzzles and breech and gilt panels of scrolls to all barrel-flats, border and scroll engraved boxlock actions with vacant banners to both sides for retailer's details, central blued dolphin-headed hammers and flush-folding concealed blued automatic triggers, smooth walnut bag-shaped butts profusely inlaid with white metal vines and flowers (small losses and replacements to inlays), engraved white-metal butt-caps, much original finish remaining and housed in a later case repurposed for these pistols, together with a flask, oil bottle, mould, loading rod and cap-tin
