A SCARCE .476 ENFIELD MKII SERVICE REVOLVER, serial no. A3660, with a later holster,
the revolver dated for 1884, with round 5 7/8in. barrel, crescent fore-sight, narrow sighting notch to rear part of top-strap, break-open frame drawing the 'church window' fluted cylinder forwards for automatic extraction, blued frame marked with make and model details along with the date, sold out of service stamps, smooth walnut grip with pronounced thumb-web spur, lanyard loop at heel and guarded double-action trigger, much period finish, with a certificate of proof and in a '1918' dated leather service-holster
