circa 1899, with blued 4in. barrel, the sighting rib signed 'P. WEBLEY & SON, LONDON & BIRMINGHAM', integral pinched blade fore-sight, model designation to left side of top-strap, stirrup locking catch, break-open frame with quick-release auto-ejecting fluted cylinder with narrow locking notches, the right side of frame stamped 'V' over 'N.T.C.' over '22', double-action mechanism with broad hammer-spur, chequered hard rubber birdshead grips, lanyard ring at heel, much finish remaining
