SINGLE-BARRELLED ROTARY-UNDERLEVER HAMMERGUN, serial no. 22342, serial number on barrel only, circa 1890, 31in. nitro reproved bold twist barrel, short sight flat engraved 'GEORGE JEFFRIES, NORWICH.', 2 7/8in. chamber, Jones patent rotary underlever, arcaded fence, rebounding back-action lock, border engraving, brushed bright and reblued finish, 14in. pistolgrip stock with (chipped) horn pistolgrip-cap and 7/8in. recoil pad, rear edges of fore-end wood reprofiled (likely due to losses), weight 6lb. 12oz.
