OF SCIENCE AND ART BOX, mid-late 19th Century, comprising of 14 separate brass stencils for different font sizes, plus associated tools including a brass protractor and compasses, and stencil brushes (one marked 'HAMILTON & Co / SEMPER / IDEM / TRADE MARK'), contained in a lockable box with the lid impressed with 'DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND ART' with a crown above 'REWARD', worn, no key; the Department of Science and Art was a government department that existed from 1853 to 1899
