A PAIR OF 40-BORE BOXLOCK PERCUSSION POCKET-PISTOLS, UNSIGNED, no visible serial numbers, circa 1840's, both with 2 1/2in. octagonal barrels, (rubbed of finish but with corrosion stains), proof marks illegible, plain boxlock actions (light pitting on both), central hammers and guarded triggers, smooth one-piece bag-shape walnut grips (some bruising on both)
