circa late 1870's, with 33 1/4in. reblued round barrel, block and blade fore and adjustable ladder rear-sights, the left side of barrel marked 'HENRY'S PATENT', reblued plain slab-sided action signed on the left 'V & R BLAKEMORE LONDON' and 'SWINBURN'S PATENT', below, long knurled cocking lever to the right, smooth refinished walnut full-stock, iron heel-plate, short finger-lever, plain trigger, iron barrel-bands, sling swivels and cleaning rod
