A 7.65mm (.32ACP) SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL, MODEL 'LE BASQUE', serial no. 1085, circa 1935, with 3in. barrel, blued sighted slide marked with the calibre and 'LE BASQUE MARQUE DEPOSEE', blued frame with rotary safety, black, hard rubber chequered grips (one with burn mark, both escutcheons removed), removable magazine (much original finish remaining)
