24 1/2in. nitro barrel with finely matted sight rib, gold-highlighted open sights and folding leaf sights for 50, 100 and 200 metres, ramp-mounted gold bead sight with engraved flip-up moonsight, barrel engraved at the receiver with fine acanthus scrolls with a gold line highlights, the top gold-inlaid 'HARTMANN & WEISS - HAMBURG', the receiver mounted with a Zeiss Diavari V 1,5-6x42 T* telescopic sight in quickly-detachable mounts, elongated topstrap, engraved recoil block, the receiver, hinged floorplate and furniture finely engraved with scrolling acanthus, the bolt handle with progressive radial diamond cut chequering, screw heads engraved with the head of a flower, retaining virtually full original colour-hardened finish, highly-figured three-quarter pistolgrip stock with burr walnut butt, 14 1/4in. pull, gold-inlaid line at the take-down join, cheekpiece, engraved and colour-hardened pistolgrip-cap (with trap), sling swivels and 3/4in. leather covered recoil pad, in its Eisele aluminium flight case, the interior fitted for each part of the rifle in taken down form.
