circa 1775, with 38 1/2in. round barrel, applied 'tear-drop' fore-sight, London proofs with 'TK' makers mark, flat, border-lined lock signed 'KETLAND & CO', walnut 'hand-rail' type half-stock with flattened comb, carved shell around the top-tang, brass furniture including border-lined and scroll engraved side-plate, brass ramrod throat and thimbles, replacement ramrod (some small losses to wood around lock, crack running forwards from lock)
