* A SCOTTISH 1828/31 BASKET-HILT SWORD, early 20th century, with straight 32in. blade, double shallow fullers at the midway point, embossed with designs of thistles and scrolls, plated basket hilt of standard form with red material liner and red tassel to the bun pommel, complete with its nickel-plated scabbard with ball chape (some corrosion and loss of plating to hilt and scabbard)
