25 5/8in. unsighted fluted octagonal barrel threaded for detachable muzzle-break (serial numbered, in case), the breech end mounted with a Swarovski Habicht 3-12x50 telescopic sight in quickly-detachable mounts, action incorporating Franz Jaeger 1906 patent 'kippblockverschluss' sprung breechblock, manual safety sprung safety / cocking slide, set triggers, bright finish overall with fine borderline engraving and some fine acanthus scroll detailing, underlever gold-inlaid with the monogram 'MM', 14 7/8in. unchequered very highly-figured burr walnut pistolgrip-stock with sculpted birdshead grip, sculpted cheekpiece, hogsback comb, sling swivels, 1/2in. rubber recoil pad, slim unchequered sculpted fore-end with ejector / non-ejector selector switch and Deeley & Edge patent release catch, weight 7lb. 3oz., in its fitted lightweight alloy flight case with some paperwork
