extra 27 1/2in. nitro barrels, the gold-inlaid '2', the tubes engraved 'ANCIENNE MON. H. MAHILLON - BRUXELLES. FABT. D'ARMES DE S.M. LE ROI.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 and 3/4 choke;
treble-grip action with hidden third bite, removable striker discs, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, gold-washed tumbler pivots, articulated front trigger, bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock including 1/2in. extension, weight 5lb. 13oz. and 6lb 5oz.
