MULLIN NEW YORK', silver fore-sight bead, engraved borderlines to the colour-hardened breech-block, raised fences, platinum vented plugs, borderline engraved colour-hardened top-tang, colour-hardened borderline engraved bar-action locks signed 'P. MULLIN', borderline engraved hammers with dolphin heads, walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist, shield shaped vacant silver escutcheon behind top-tang, borderline engraved top-spur to the iron heel-plate, colour-hardened trigger-guard bow and lower tang, single barrel key with engraved escutcheons and brass-mounted mahogany ramrod, the whole retaining a remarkable amount of original colour and finish throughout
