circa 1860, with solid nickel Birmingham proved 3 1/2in. smooth-bore barrel, central hammer with brass-bolstered concealed trigger, large single-edged 3 1/2in. stiletto blade signed 'UNWIN & RODGERS, SHEFFIELD', smaller drop-point 2 1/4in. blade signed 'NON XLL UNWIN & RODGERS PATENT', smooth horn side-scales (small amount of worm damage), lidded box for caps or balls to the rear and side mounted concealed brass ball-mould and iron tweezers
