LONDON', bead fore-sight, colour hardened breech-block with border and scroll engraving, platinum line and vented plug, fully engraved top-tang with standing notch rear-sight, border and scroll engraved bar-action lock signed 'WESTLEY RICHARDS', sliding safe behind the scroll engraved dolphin-headed hammer, walnut full-stock with chequered bag-shaped butt (small loss to wood at fore-end tip), scroll engraved trigger-guard bow, iron belt-hook to left hand side-cheek and iron captive stirrup ramrod, traces of finish throughout
