A PAIR OF 32-BORE FLINTLOCK BOXLOCK TURN-OFF POCKET-PISTOLS, no visible serial numbers,
circa 1800, with blued round turn-off 1 1/2in. barrels, London proved squared actions engraved with musical and marshall trophies, the oval central panels signed 'PROSSER' on the left and 'CHARING CROSS, LONDON' on the right, central hammers with rainproof pans, sliding safes also locking the pans to the top-tangs (one safe chipped), slab-sided walnut butts with white-metal oval escutcheons to the wrists engraved with an initial 'W' and concealed automatic triggers
