24in. nitro Krupp-steel chopperlump barrels with matt sight-rib and ramp-mounted bead foresight, silver-inlaid leaf sights for 100, 200 and 300 yards, rib engraved 'WATSON BROS. 29, OLD BOND STREET, LONDON', tubes engraved '570 GRAIN BULLET 80 GRAINS CORDITE', treble-grip action with side-clips, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, best bold scroll engraving, sling swivels, 14 1/2in. well-figured pistolgrip stock (missing pistolgrip-cap) including 1in. rubber recoil pad (damaged), triggerguard tang with replacement screw, fore-end with grip-catch release lever, weight 11lb. 11oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this rifle was completed in 1907 as a .500 (3 1/4in.) with Krupp steel barrels for a 'Robinson'.
