A RARE CENTRAL WEST AFRICAN MAMBELE ZANDE TRIBE SICKLE-SWORD, circa mid-late 19th Century, with 29 in. curved iron blade with two shallow fullers on one side, single edged to the extended tip, where it becomes double-edged, crudely but firmly set in a stained hard-wood hilt, blade pitted and losses to the disc pommel, 33 in. overall
