W.W. GREENER 12-BORE 'GRADE G60 ROYAL' UNIQUE G-EJECTOR HAMMERLESS GUN, serial no. 50641, for 1902, 30in. Greener trademark wrought steel nitro reproved barrels, rib engraving worn, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, scroll-back treble-grip action with ropework-engraved shoulders and arcaded fences, toplever engraved '2' and gold-inlaid with a crown, manual side safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, the surround engraved with a solitary pheasant perched atop a branch, the action engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork with bands of acorn and oak leaves, interspersed with vignettes of hound flushing a covey of partridge, a spaniel flushing fowl, the underside with a lone woodcock in flight, brushed finish (some wear), 14 1/2in. stock including 1in. rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 11oz.
