circa 1940, with 33in. slightly curved, single-edged nickelled blade fullered on each side, ricasso with Eickhorn Solingen squirrel and sword mark, gilt brass hilt with knuckle-bow, quillioned cross-guard stamped 'GES GESCH', front langet with eagle and swastika emblem, eared back-strap, wire-bound black celluloid grip (some cracking and loss to the top of the celluloid), blackened steel scabbard with suspension loop
