R' plus lock-viewer's mark over '1870 / ENFIELD', walnut stock, butt with Enfield roundel and 'sold-out-of service' mark over, many parts with ownership and inspection marks, side cover-screws and a trigger-guard screw absent, cleaning rod absent, but-trap door broken off and absent, stock with some worming
