A .650 FLINTLOCK WILLIAM IV NEW LAND PATTERN PISTOL WITH ENFIELD LOCK, MARKED POSSIBLY FOR THE NORTHUMBERLAND YEOMANRY, D COMPANY,
circa 1831, with round 9in. barrel marked 'MR' below a crown at breech, moulded band, plain top-tang with rounded tip, borderline engraved lock with stepped tail signed 'ENFIELD', 'W.R.' and crown device below the pan, ring-necked cock with sliding safe, semi rainproof pan, walnut full-stock with 'B.O' and broad arrow stamp behind lock, brass furniture, the trigger guard bow marked 'N-Y' over 'D' over '54' and captive iron ramrod
