circa 1977, 27 1/2in. nitro monobloc barrels with sunken matt top rib and no under rib, scroll engraving at the breech ends, 9 punch marks, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. in both, sprung sliding-breech with converging obturator discs, button barrel release, manual side safety, bouquet and scroll engraving with carved leaf fences, bright finish overall, 14 3/4in. stock with 'Le Fusil Darne' trademarked buttplate (one screw replaced) and horn finial, rear sling escutcheon, weight 5lb. 15oz.
