dated 1913, with 16in. single-edged blade fullered on each side, ricasso marked 'R I A' (Rock Island Arsenal) over flaming grenade over '1913', with 'US / 244672' over, steel cross-guard and hilt, Second Production ribbed hard plastic grips, sprung scabbard release button, scabbard with flaming grenade around 'US' on throat, appears unused with full black on the blade, scabbard with surface grazes and small edge knocks, looks to be composed of a mix of First Production and Second Production components
