(likely replacement) Greener trade mark nitro barrels (Birmingham proof dated for 1954), the rib engraved 'W.W. GREENER. MAKER. 40, PALL MALL. LONDON. WORKS. BIRMINGHAM' and with acanthus scroll detailing at the breech ends, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. choke in both, treble-grip scoop-back action with side shoulders, automatic top safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, rolled-edge triggerguard, acanthus scroll engraving, the shoulders with ropework patterning, 14 1/2in. stock including horn buttplate, fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release and horn finial, weight 6lb. 11oz., in a canvas case
