(refreshed), 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/2 choke, Perkes patent opening cocking action, patent no. 1968 of 16th May 1878, use number 336, Scott patent gas check system, patent no. 617 of 1882, use number 1228, automatic safety, border and acanthus scroll engraving, 14 1/8in. stock (some losses to edges, crack to left underhorn and rear of right lockplate), fore-end with lever release, weight 6lb. 9oz.
