TWO SGIAN DUBHS, THE FIRST BY WILSON & SHARP, EDINBURGH AND A MILITARY DIRK all Edwardian in date or slightly earlier, the first of flat form with a 3 1/2in blade, scalloped back, white metal mounts with celtic knot engraving, makers mark to reverse of scabbard locket and an olive Cairngorm stone to the pommel, the second slightly larger but with similar blade (corroded), copper cartouche with 'R G LAURIE, GLASGOW, EDINB, LONDON' to reverse of scabbard locket, crown mount with yellow Cairngorm stone to pommel (scabbard chape missing), the last with feintly etched 12in blade, ebonised grip with stud-work and circular white metal pommel with central Kings crown, the rim inscribed '2 SEA H' over '46' (blade stained, scabbard missing)
