made in 1980, with blued round 9in. barrel, gilt washed banner on the left hand side of breech 'COLT HERITAGE COMMEMORATIVE', the reverse with gilt portraits of Samuel Walker and Samuel Colt, plain cylinder with roll-engraved scene, colour case-hardened frame with 'C. COMPANY No 499, brass grip-straps and trigger guard, smooth walnut one-piece grip with martial stamp, TOGETHER WITH its factory wood presentation case lined in green velvet with a leather label to the inside of lid gold lettered 'THE COLT HERITAGE' and complete with its original numbered copy of 'THE COLT HERITAGE' leather-bound book, the whole remaining in fine order and appearing unused with its factory card carton and some papers
