28in. nitro barrels with tapered ventilated matt top-rib, three-piece fore-end with wooden side-fillets, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, quadruple-grip action with side-bolsters, automatic safety, hand-detachable lockplates with concealed flush release lever, cocking-indicators, articulated front trigger, rolled-edge triggerguard, best bouquet and fine scroll engraving, gold-washed internal lockwork, retaining much original colour-hardening and finish, 13 1/2in. figured stock, weight 7lb. 4oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this shotgun was completed in 1960.
