circa 1865, with round 6in. barrel, barleycorn fore-sight, fluted cylinder with ratchet locking, open frame, side loading gate, spurred hammer, chequered walnut bag-shaped butt and double-action trigger with guard (stained, external pitting and replaced cylinder axle)
