circa 1917, with 5in. barrel, sighted slide with patents to 1913, iron frame stamped with 'R.A.F.' together with a broad arrow and crossed flags mark, grip safety and smooth mainspring housing, further British ordnance marks, chequered walnut grips (back edge of one grip missing), lanyard ring to heel and broad arrow marked magazine, the whole with much original finish
