A 6mm (C/F VELODOG) SIX-SHOT DELUXE QUALITY POCKET REVOLVER, UNSIGNED, no visible serial number,
circa 1875, with blued break-open 2 1/2in. barrel, gold bordered raised sighting rib with gilded crescent fore-sight, the top-strap gilded with panels of arabesques, blued locking catch, gilded vines and cornucopia to the cylinder with blued flutes, gilt borders and running vines to the frame, gilded panels of arabesques to the grip-straps and heel, smooth mother-of-pearl grips and folding trigger, much finish remaining
