circa 1855, with octagonal 24in. barrel, replacement bead fore-sight, the right hand side of breech marked 'LIZUNDIA CHALOSE EIBAR', fluted cylinder, open frame with hinged loading gate and ejector rod on the right hand side, single action hammer with sighting groove in the nose, walnut chequered straight-hand butt-stock, iron heel-plate and flat-fronted oversize trigger-guard bow
